When you see buskers performing on the street corner, you may throw coins if you like it. And in return, you'd get a smile. IZONN is a service to reproduce such happy moment on the net.
What is IZONN?
IZONN is a web service produced by AAAAAAAAAA & Co. , developed by BOW. We're aiming to boost live experience on internet with IZONN. Currently it's supporting Ustream, YouTube and PayPal, with IZONN, the performer can collect money and the audience can throw coins with PayPal.
I'd like to start broadcasting my video through IZONN. How can I do that?
You have to have your own Ustream Channel or YouTube Video before making your own IZONN page. Once you have it, you can submit the URL at the "Make your page" section to make your IZONN page. Set up your PayPal integration and customise design on your IZONN page's "Settings". Once you start broadcasting on your Ustream Channel (or YouTube video), you can share it on IZONN page too.
What does IZONN mean?
IZONN means Dependence in Japanese. It's an analogy of the service which doesn't have any core but is sorely depending on the other web services APIs such as Ustream, Twitter, or PayPal. Also it's reflecting our policy to believe in the internet where people depends and helps each other.

What is the "Image Stream" on my IZONN Page?
This is one of the IZONN's features which would display images linked in the tweets on the timeline. You can click camera button to take a webcam shot and tweet with it from IZONN Page.
What is the difference between the tweets on IZONN Page and the Social Stream on Ustream?
IZONN and Ustream are both using the same hashtags, so that the tweets written in IZONN will be shown on Ustream's Social Stream as well, and vice versa. However the URL added to the tweet would point your IZONN Page when you wrote it in IZONN, so we recommend to do so if you want to gather people.
Can I customise my IZONN Page?
You can customise color or image of the background of your IZONN Page with "Settings" menu. Make your own style and enjoy!
What is IZONN Widget?
You can embed IZONN Widget onto your blogs or sites which enables you to add IZONN's payment functionality only. Copy and paste the code below.

Replace "video_name" with the title of your own Ustream Channel. (If you're using YouTube Video, Replace "Ustream" with "YouTube" and "video_name" with the name of your own YouTube Video. )

You can customise colors of text and background with changing parameters.

How can I get the payment?
You can get the payment with PayPal. You must have your own PayPal account to collect payment even though you only need to submit your email address with IZONN. (This email address should be the same one with which you're using on PayPal.)
Do I have to pay extra fee for the transaction?
Although IZONN has never get any extra fee or margin at all, you have to pay transaction fee for PayPal when the page owner get the payment. The cost would vary according to the amount of payments. See PayPal website for details.
What is IZONN TICKET?
IZONN TICKET is a digital image to be sold by IZONN Page owner.

Who can I claim if there's an issue occurred when I use IZONN?
IZONN won't take any responsibility on events nor issues regarding your contents and videos, neither any financial issues related to the usage of PayPal. However, you're always welcome to send email to us if you have any questions or technical issues besides these exceptions.

本利用規約は、IZONNのサービスをご利用いただく全てのユーザーに適用されます。サービスをご利用された時点で、本規約の内容を承諾いただいたものとみなします。

本規約の内容は、必要に応じて変更することがありますが、その都度連絡はいたしませんので、ご利用の際には本ページ掲載の最新の利用規約をご参照ください。

IZONNの提供するサービスについて

  1. AAAAAAAAAA & Co.（以下「当社」といいます）は、ユーザーが複数のWebサービスを一度に利用できる専用のページを登録し、そこでIZONNチケットという画像ファイルをページ閲覧者に販売するための環境を提供します。
  2. 当社は、上記記載のファイルを販売する環境を提供しますが、決済に関してはPayPal Inc. (以下PayPalといいます)の提供するサービスを利用しているため、それを利用した金銭の授受に関して発生しうる問題には一切関知いたしません。従って、万が一IZONNを利用した結果何らかの損害が生じたとしても、IZONNでは生じた責任に対して一切補償を行いません。
  3. IZONNページに表示されるUstream番組およびYouTubeビデオの映像に関しては、Ustream, Inc. (以下Ustreamといいます) およびYouTube, LLC（以下YouTubeといいます）が提供するサービスを利用しているため、放送内容やUstreamおよびYouTube側に起因して発生しうる問題には当社は一切関知いたしません。
  4. 当社はチケット販売に際し、手数料その他一切を受け取っておりません。チケット販売代金は全額ページ登録者のPayPal口座に支払われます。（ただしPayPalは、ページ登録者の口座にチケット代金が入金される際に手数料を課していますので、ページ登録者が実際に受け取る金額は、IZONNページ上に表示された金額よりも手数料分少なくなります。）
  5. 当社は、本サービスの安定運用に最善を尽くしますが、障害が生じないことを保証するものではありません。通信回線やコンピュータなどの障害によるシステムの中断・遅滞・中止・データの消失、データへの不正アクセスにより生じた損害、その他本サービスに関してユーザーに生じた損害について、当社は一切責任を負わないものとします。
  6. 当社は、会員に事前に通知することなく、本利用規約、本サービスの内容または本サービス提供の条件の変更を行うことがあり、本サービスを終了または停止することがあります。

準拠法、裁判管轄

  1. 本利用規約の成立、効力発生、解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とします。また、当社のサービス（掲載内容や広告などを含む）、ソフトウエアに起因または関連して当社とお客様との間で生じた紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
